Our Hospice team will support and work with your family in providing care, comfort and support while still allowing you to be the decision maker regarding treatment.
Generations Hospice participates in the Medicare and Medicaid programs, accepting both as payment for services. This includes visits from the hospice team, medications and equipment and supplies related to the patient’s terminal illness as identified in the Plan of Care.
To be eligible for Hospice Services, patients, families and/or guardians must have the desire to receive palliative care. The attending physician and the Generations Hospice Team will provide support and comfort measures to patients that meet the medical criteria of having an estimated life expectancy of six months or less. The Generations Team will conduct an evaluation initially to determine eligibility of your loved one.
Generations Hospice offers palliative care and support to all terminally ill patients and their families regardless of gender, national origin, race, color, creed, sexual orientation, disability, age or place of residence. Special arrangements to communicate with patients/ caregivers with limited language proficiency and hearing or speech impairments will be made at no cost to the patient upon request.
Generations Home Care and Hospice will consistently strive to provide you and your family with the highest quality personalized care both medically and emotionally with the utmost compassion. We will address and treat your specific needs in order to help you return to your everyday activities as soon a possible.

Generations Home Care participates in the Medicare and Medicaid programs as well as working with your current insurance provider to ensure proper service and payment.
To be eligible for Generations Home Care Services patients must be home bound, have a need for skilled healthcare, and have a Physician’s order for treatment. The Generations Home Care team will conduct an initial evaluation to determine your eligibility. Your attending Physician and our Home Care Team will then provide the needed services to help you return to your regular activities as quickly as possible.
